DOJ is at it again—trying to dodge one of GOA’s lawsuits.

It claims there’s no “credible threat” of enforcing the handgun mailing ban.

Problem: DOJ has already prosecuted at least one GOA member under this law.

The D.C. Circuit has denied @Everytown’s & the City of Baltimore’s motion to speak at oral arguments in our gag order case.

They were hoping the court would violate the Tiahrt Amendment & access private gun owner data.
